CBRE Global Investors and Fabrica SGR have purchased the FERATTI OFFICES at the Berlin Spittelmarkt. The new construction in the AlteJakobstraße 105 was completed in October 2016. The building covers an area of about 5.500 sqm and is transferred to the Cicerone fund portfolio. Sole tenant and user of the new real estate is BV Deutsche Zeitungsholding, that will enter the building with a publisher from Berlin. The six-storey Feratti Offices are certified with LEED-Gold and were constructed by van Caem Projects.
