We refurbished the Rudolf Nelson Haus on a prime site on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. Rudolf Nelson Haus is among the few completely preserved and heritage-protected old buildings on Kurfürstendamm.

The former Muratti cigarette factory in Mitte was converted into an office development while preserving its historical features. Opposite the Muratti Höfe courtyard development lies our flagship project: Fellini Residences. Both buildings are located close to the newly designed Feratti Offices in Berlin Mitte.

Fellini Residences was built on a 2389-sqm site near the Gendarmenmarkt in the Mitte district of Berlin to a design by architect Marc Kocher and a concept by Berlin property developer Dr. Harry van Caem. The symmetric floor plan encloses two courtyards with exceptional views and features a striking sandstone facade. The 78 luxury new-build apartments were ready for occupation in August 2013.
